We only ship to addresses in New Zealand. We do not deliver to PO Boxes so please provide either a residential or commercial address when placing online orders. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout by combining your item/s weight and dimensions to give you the cheapest price option. Large items such as rods, chilly bins and filleting tables will incur additional fees but is also automatically calculated at checkout.

With frozen bait being a perishable item, we CAN NOT ship outside of Hastings and Napier. Frozen bait is ONLY for LOCAL DELIVERY or PICK UP.  Please DO NOT add frozen bait to your cart if you are outside of NAPIER and HASTINGS.

A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 2 working days of placing your order, please check your email spam folder or contact us through the online form on our website. Once you have received your tracking number, please check directly with the courier where your parcel is. When contacting the courier directly they will be able to provide more information regarding your property & where the item was left etc. Although we try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control.

Local delivery
Local delivery $6.00
Local delivery is only available for addresses in Napier and Hastings. If your order contains Bait and Berley, leave a chilly bin in a secure location and specify the location on the delivery notes.

Local pickup
Local pickup in store is free. Estimated availability for pickup times is usually 4 hours after the order is placed. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. This confirmation email needs to be displayed when collecting your order.

Rural delivery
Our courier uses a rural delivery agent, and therefore, the delivery is only tracked until it reaches the rural agent. If the tracking says delivered and signed for by RDP, it is most likely that your order is with the rural agent and will be delivered in the next few days.
