Change of mind
We have a 7-day change of mind return policy*. If a product is unsatisfactory, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging with labels or tags intact. It must be in a resellable condition for the original full price. You’ll also need to provide the receipt/packing slip or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us first through the online form on our website. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, the item must be sent without any undue delay, and in any event within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from making the exchange request via our customer service team. Please return the items using or including all their original packaging, instructions, and other documents, if any, accompanying the items. In the event your order does not arrive, to be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 10 days of dispatch to allow for the required 14-day investigation period.
Once the returned items have been received and we are ascertained that they and their packaging are still in a condition that they can be resold for, at the full original retail price, you will receive a full refund less a 5% handling fee as well as any courier and packaging charges. Any courier costs you incur to return products to us will not be refunded unless we have made an error. Courier costs are generally non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages unless we have made an error.
*excludes damaged items. If your item arrives damaged you must notify our customer service team within 5 days of the delivery date.
Faulty items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is faulty, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Where the product is faulty or damaged we will either replace the product or give you a full refund. Faulty items need to be sent back with original packaging with labels or tags.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as bait, berley and ice) or custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us through the online form on our website.
